At GlowLabs™, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to love your skincare experience.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
• The item must be unused and in its original condition
• The item must be returned in its original packaging
• Proof of purchase is required
Used skincare items, opened hygiene products, or damaged items caused by misuse are not eligible for return.

Please include:
• Your order number
• The item(s) you wish to return
• Reason for the return
Once approved, we will provide instructions for returning your item.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement depending on your bank or payment provider.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue so we can resolve it quickly.
Exchanges
At this time we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please place a new order.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.
